Nose No Bounds

I normally have an unusually keen sense of smell. As a kid, I could recognize my relatives by their scents. As an adult, I could tell if someone had been in my house even after they've been gone for a couple of hours. I've always been very in touch with my olfactory side. Now that I'm pregnant, I'm like a dog. Maybe not a hound, but I could probably give our rat terrier a run for her money. This morning, I went to load my things into my car and caught the distinct smell of freshly baked doughnuts. There are 2 possibilities. The first is that my neighbors opened a box of fresh doughnuts in their house, and I smelled them even with all of the doors and windows shut. The second possibility is that I smelled them baking at the Spudnuts a mile from our house. Either way, I really wanted some Spudnuts after that.
